1.3 Caliber: The atomized particles are fine, and can obtain a very delicate spraying effect, which is suitable for occasions with extremely high requirements for surface quality, such as fine spraying of art furniture, electronic product shells, etc., and is suitable for spraying low-viscosity and fine-grained coatings, such as varnishes, pigments, etc., and high-viscosity coatings need to be diluted first.

It can be sprayed with low to medium viscosity coatings, including some slightly viscous topcoats, refinish paints, etc., and has a wide range of applications.
1.7 Caliber: The atomization particles are relatively large, but they can still ensure good spraying quality, and are suitable for spraying some workpieces that do not have particularly high requirements for atomization but need to be covered quickly, such as the middle coat of automobiles, the topcoat of some industrial products, etc.
It can be adapted to medium-viscosity coatings, such as primers, primers, etc., and can also be sprayed with high-viscosity paints that have been partially diluted.
2.0 caliber: the atomization particles are large, mainly used for primer spraying or occasions with low requirements for atomization, which can quickly cover the surface of the workpiece and improve the spraying efficiency. It is suitable for spraying high-viscosity coatings, like some heavy primers, anticorrosive paints, putty, etc., which can be sprayed without too much dilution.

Rongpeng R500 adopts stainless steel needles and nozzles, stainless steel materials have high hardness and good wear resistance, can withstand the high-speed flow of paint and frequent spraying operations, are not easy to be worn, can maintain the shape accuracy of needles and nozzles for a long time, and prolong the service life of the spray gun. Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, can resist chemicals in the coating, solvents and moisture in the environment and other corrosive factors, prevent needles and nozzles from being damaged by corrosion, and ensure the stable use of the spray gun under different working conditions.
